Returns, refunds & exchange
We do hope that you will never wish to return our products, but accidents may happen. Please follow our guidelines below. 


All products offer in our store are hand made to order to your custom details (such a size, colour etc.) after purchase.
We do not accept returns for personalised products.
Following the law and rights for distance selling for custom made products, we may not accept returns, refunds & exchange, especially when:

- the product has the clear product description (what price include, what is the size, colour, order processing time etc.)
- you provide the wrong details (size, colours, personalization text etc.)
- you choose the wrong product from the list (we can cancel the order or just change details if you contact us ASAP after placing the order max 12hours after purchase)
- item is not in its original condition, is used, is damaged, has missing parts, doesn't have original packing and invoice/ receipt
- for reasons not due to our error
- you contact us after 14 days when you received a product
- an item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- delays caused by delivery service
- you are not a buyer, you received a product as a gift

First, we offer to exchange or a credit note.
We accept exchange only if the product is not personalised(writing, personalised tag, custom size), unused, in perfect condition and we are able to resell it.
If you wish to exchange a product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you received a faulty product we may ask send us pictures or send a product for our review.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
First, we offer an exchange or fix the product. If we are not able to exchange or fix the product (limited edition etc.) we will send you a full refund or for your request send the different product.
If you are approved for a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@vezavi.uk.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Order processing time
Processing time is from 3- 7 working days.
For bigger products and orders that may take up to 2 weeks.
Check the product details to get information how long does it take to make your order.
If you are in rush and not sure you would receive your product on time- please get in touch before buying.

Delivery & shipping
We ship worldwide by Royal Mail, UPS or DPD service. 
We offer free delivery in the UK and for orders over £85 to Europe and £150 to other countries with basic shipping rate.
Prices start at £8 for worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery in the UK takes up to 2 days and usually about 3-5 working days in EU countries( or 1-3 working days courier service)  and 5-7 working days the USA, Australia( or 1-3 working days courier service).
Don't forget our products are made to order and we need a couple of days to proceed them and then ship to your country.

All products are sent with tracking number or proof of delivery service.
We don't like it too when parcels are lost!
We are not responsible for any import taxes that may apply. 
We do not accept returns for personalized products.
